What is something you did as part of a team/school/college this year that you will remember for the rest of your life?
Survived a term+ of Connected Learning! whilst managing the family dynamic, two kids in school and a husband working from home for 17 weeks.

In what area do you feel you made your biggest improvements?
Leadership and calmness in dealing with issues (student and staff), creativity in solving problems with students with different learning styles.

What is something you learnt from a fellow colleague this year?
That teachers are truly amazing when communication is in the forefront of the relationship. Even in challenging times, communication is key to resolve and move forward. It allows for ideas to be shared, experiences to be heard and a collective positive attitude to improve the learning of students.
